    The Office of the President includes the President and their immediate staff within the Presidential Palace.

    • Presidential Guard

      The Presidential Guard consists of trained former military and police who continue to serve their country by protecting the President, Vice President, Cabinet Officials, their families and anyone else upon order of the President or Secretary of Domestic Security. It is a distinct branch of the armed forces but shares resources with the Illyrian Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, federal law enforcement and upon need local law enforcement. All guards are empowered to make arrests and use lethal force for the security of their protectee(s).

  • National Security Council (Presidential Palace)

    The Presidential Palace National Security Council (NSC) is the principal forum used by the President of the Federation for consideration of national security, military matters, and foreign policy matters with senior national security advisors and Cabinet officials and is part of the Executive Office of the President of the Federation.

    The Office of Communications crafts the message the President delivers to the world. From planning an address to the Nation to working closely with local newspapers, the Office of Communications collaborates with all of the departments and strategically plans the message to advance the agenda of the President.

  • Exoatmospheric and Space Affairs Council (Presidential Palace)

    The Exoatmospheric and Space Affairs Council is tasked with discussing and developing the Presidential policies on matters beyond Earth. This includes both the relations with settlements beyond the atmosphere as well as commercial interests. It does not include space infrastructure of other Earth-based powers or Illyrian military infrastructure in space which remain in the domain of the National Security Council.

    The Office of Environmental Protection crafts and lobbies for the President's environmental policy. It was created following the landmark Moscow Climate Control Agreement that once and for all ended global warming as a problem. The Office serves to proactively act against any future environmental crisis.

    The Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) is a Federation agency within the Executive Office of the President, which advises the President of the United States on economic policy. The CEA provides much of the empirical research for the White House and prepares the annual Economic Report of the President.
